This recipe is basically the “Dilly Beans” recipe from the Ball Blue Book. We have oregano this week, which goes great with garlic. You could still use dill if you’d prefer. As long as you don’t lower the acidity, you can get creative with it, like mixing green onions in, or using your chard stalks.
I wouldn’t call this healthy, but it sure does taste good!
